Please note the following details, for a Grammar Cycling Fundraising event to be held next month:
Date: Thursday 29th May 2008
When: 7pm
At: Morton Estate Wines
Where: 2 Mountain Road, Epsom
Why: To raise funds towards the cost of running Grammar Cycling in 2008
How: Wine tasting evening ($20 per ticket)
Plus: We receive additional funding from every case of wine purchased on the night
This will also be a great opportunity for the Grammar Cycling parent community to get together for a social occasion. Last year's event was a big success and enjoyed by those that came along. The objective this year to surpass the amount of money raised – which will then assist our cycling team and reduce the ongoing financial burden on parents.
Please set this date aside and also let other friends and family know about this if they might be interested in tasting some great wines and also having the chance to buy wine during the evening for later consumption at great prices that will be offered to those attending on the night.
If you wish to get in early to secure your place, please let us know by email how many tickets you would like to purchase.
